Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan and direct work; appraise performance.
• Review historical data to forecast sales; manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Maintain and improve sales performance, financial results, PR, product quality, and work standards.
• Inspect product for quality control and food safety standards; adhere to labeling requirements.
• Promote product sales through suggestive selling and displays.
• Cuff and trim products as needed to ensure high quality presentation.
• Maintain stock on produce and floral displays; ensure proper shelving.
• Check inventory on trucks, unload products, and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary working environment per safety procedures.
