Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Stock/Produce Associate to maintain inventory, ensure quality, and support department sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with produce staff to promote customer service and optimize stock levels, promotions, and displays.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year related experience, and applicable certifications such as Food Handler and Manager Food Safety.

Qualifications

• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, and direct work.
• Review sales data and manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to questions/concerns.
• Maintain product quality, adherence to safety standards, and proper product displays.
