Fresh Thyme Market in Missouri is seeking a Coordinator Team Member to plan, direct, and supervise the day‑to‑day operations of their department. You will manage scheduling, staffing, and training to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning by providing career paths and development for department team members.
• Support disciplinary actions and make recommendations concerning discharge.
• Attain budgeted goals for sales, labor, and margin for the department.
• Review sales goals, stock costs, shrink results, and goals; ensure compliance with ad sets and signage.
• Lead and train the department team in all job aspects and ensure training completion.
