Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning by identifying development needs and promoting from within.
• Support disciplinary actions and advise on discharge decisions.
• Achieve P&L budgeted goals, including sales, labor and margin targets.
