Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Coordinator Team Member to plan, direct, and supervise daily department operations, including scheduling, ordering, stocking, and pricing. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support staff development, and uphold food safety standards across the department.

You will lead by example, ensuring accurate product display, adherence to promotions, and strong collaboration with store leadership while fostering a safe, productive work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning by providing career paths and development.
• Manage day-to-day operations in the department including ordering and stocking.
• Ensure price accuracy, signage, and adherence to ad sets and store policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and consult with customers on department products.
• Maintain food safety practices and support a safe work environment.
