Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote morale within department and store using professional communication.
• Maintain good relationships with other department managers to improve sales storewide.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation of deli production and service.
• Provide a professional example for team members through coaching and evaluations.
• Teach fundamentals of deli production including mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, and finishing.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure flow of products and service.
• Maintain appropriate department records at all times.
