Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business related or food service-related field desirable.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in management in retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer-focused behavior with associates.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person and prepares finished product in timely fashion.
• Schedules all produce associates; oversees training, rewards, performance reviews and delegates work assignments.
• Develops localized merchandising plans and displays to drive sales; coordinates cross-merchandising with other departments.
• Maintains inventories, records, and logs to track department performance and profitability.
• Ensures proper receiving, dating, restocking, pricing, and product freshness; maintains cleanliness and 5S in the department.
