The role requires at least 3 years of management in retail/supermarket environments and a high school diploma or GED, with business/food service degrees desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years' management experience in retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in business or food service desirable.
• Ability to supervise associates and conduct annual performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations and resolves customer concerns promptly and politely.
• Schedules all produce associates, oversees training, rewards and recognizes performance, and delegates work assignments.
• Develops localized merchandising plans and displays to drive sales.
• Maintains inventories, records, and reports on associate performance and discipline.
• Ensures department practices meet safety and OSHA requirements and maintains cleanliness of the department.
