• Maintain full, fresh, clean, and visually appealing produce displays.
• Manage product rotation, remove damaged items, and uphold freshness standards.
• Order, receive, inspect, and store produce following food safety rules.
• Control shrink with inventory management and waste reduction strategies.
• Develop labor schedules aligned with business needs.
• Coach and develop produce associates while maintaining a positive team environment.
