Qualifications

• Solid communication skills to manage diverse groups.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle conflicts professionally and constructively.
• Self-directed with passion for Harmons' mission.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Ensures quality and freshness of all produce products.
• Maintains appropriate product assortment and inventory levels.
• Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products.
• Maintains clean, sanitized, and well-presented produce areas.
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers.
• Orders product and creates production sheets based on sales.
• Writes schedules to meet labor goals and coverage.
• Trains, mentors, and educates associates for team success.
• Provides feedback and manages performance; addresses concerns.
• Performs quarterly inventory of produce items.
