• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Maintains quality and freshness of all kitchen products and services.
• Keeps appropriate product assortment and inventory levels.
• Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, with focus on ad items.
• Ensures kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance meet standards.
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers.
• Orders products and creates production sheets based on past and projected sales.
• Writes kitchen schedules to ensure coverage and meet labor goals.
• Conducts quarterly inventory of all department products.
• Mentors and educates associates to support team success.
• Provides regular feedback on performance and development needs.
