Qualifications

• Understanding of product rotation and strong customer service mindset.
• Must obtain Harmons Forklift Certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and rotate products in grocery, frozen, and dairy departments.
• Maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels.
• Confirm pricing accuracy and signage, with emphasis on ad items.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
• Train new associates and mentor team members.
• Assist with quarterly inventory and end-cap displays.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and productivity standards.
