ShopRite of Franklin is seeking a Produce Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Produce Department, ensuring sales, profit and excellent Customer Experience under the guidance of the General Store Manager.

Responsibilities include leading Associates, maintaining safety standards, training new team members, and ensuring proper product presentation and department efficiency. The role emphasizes service priorities and performance metrics in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and occasionally 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents.
