Qualifications

• Ability to lead Associates to achieve department goals.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Produce Department.
• Engage and lead Associates to meet department goals.
• Train and onboard new department staff and provide feedback.
• Maintain safety, presentation, and efficiency in daily operations.
• Ensure proper stocking, pricing, and compliance with regulations.
