Qualifications

• Experience in retail grocery is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and shrink and maintain proper product rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Produce Department Manager to ensure successful department operation.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and cost controls.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise staff during shifts, schedule workload, and support training/evaluations.
• Rotate stock to prevent out-of-date merchandise and ensure freshness.
