Coborn’s in Minnesota is seeking a Department Manager to lead the Produce Department, drive sales and gross profits, and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest service. You will oversee ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing and freshness of department products while guiding staff and maintaining记录.

You will supervise workload, performance reviews, and adherence to food safety and company safety practices, ensuring a positive, efficient, and guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Produce Department operations including ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing and freshness.
• Provide training, coaching and accountability to the department team to ensure remarkable guest service.
• Direct workload, performance evaluations, labor, and expense controls while maintaining food safety and safety practices.
