Coborn's, Inc. is hiring a Department Manager for the Produce & Floral Department at our location. You will lead the department to maximize sales and gross profits, guide staff through training and coaching, and ensure outstanding guest service.

This hands-on role directs ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness, with emphasis on performance, safety, and flowers. The position combines leadership with hands-on execution and offers growth opportunities within an employee-owned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate the ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness of department product.
• Lead and train the department team, providing coaching to ensure remarkable guest service.
• Manage labor, gross profit, expenses, inventory, shrink, and public relations for the department.
• Direct workload of team members and conduct performance evaluations and accountability conversations.
• Ensure food safety practices are understood and followed; assist in creating floral and plant arrangements.
