Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 2–3 years related experience or training.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and teamwork to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Willingness to participate in required training and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise up to 20 associates in the Produce Department; may oversee Floral Department.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate multiple departments; interview and train associates.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; assist in performance appraisals; discipline and resolve employee issues.
