Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

• Proficient with email and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Work with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and awareness of new products.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure paperwork is submitted for vendor processing.
• Mentor and coach Team Members to sustain a high-performance team.
• Lead in absence of Team Leader and ensure store standards are met.
