You will assist the Produce Manager with ordering, inventory, training, safety, and maintaining freshness, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with basic math, weights and measures knowledge.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and take direction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Produce Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Control ordering, inventory, product quality, and supervise the Produce team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Maintain freshness standards: receiving, processing, labeling, display and rotation.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Produce team.
• Unload deliveries and operate produce equipment; ensure health and safety guidelines.
