Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations in a retail environment.
• Current food handlers permit once employed.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Monitor and maintain a safe, clean environment in the Produce department.
• Achieve sales and profit goals for the department and uphold QA standards.
• Oversee daily Produce department functions and activities.
• Develop and implement department business plans to achieve results.
• Plan and organize inventory, pricing, and CAO processes.
• Ensure proper temperatures and maintain temperature logs.
• Provide training and development for associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Communicate promotions and educate staff about in-store promotions.
