Key duties include implementing merchandising programs, maintaining displays, and supporting inventory control. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential to ensure high-quality produce and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in produce department preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move product and work in coolers/refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Produce Department operations with focus on freshness, quality, and service.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service and ensure staff have product knowledge.
• Assist with merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and displays.
• Maintain full, fresh, clean, visually appealing displays at all times.
• Help with product rotation, remove damaged items, and maintain freshness standards.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, inspection, and following food safety guidelines.
• Support labor scheduling and training of associates.
