Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Assist department manager in achieving sales and profit goals and monitor quality standards.
• Promote corporate brands and encourage customers to ask questions about products.
• Stock, label and inventory department merchandise; respond to product inquiries and suggest items.
• Inform customers of produce specials and assist with produce platters/trays.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers; maintain temperature logs.
• Follow safety procedures and report safety risks or issues to management.
