Job Overview

To provide excellent guest service through produce department activities.

Pay starts at $14/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Prepare produce for display on the sales floor.
• Stock, price, rotate, and display products according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain freshness and quality of produce for sale.
• Assist with unloading products upon delivery.
• Offer guest service with product knowledge, preparation, and weighing.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the backroom, cooler, and sales area.
• Communicate guest requests and temperature breakdowns to management.
• Perform front-porch duties to ensure minimal wait times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and directions.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
