Job summary

Festival Foods in Darboy, WI is looking for a part-time Produce Clerk to join our team. You will maintain stock levels, assist guests, and keep our produce area clean and well organized. Reports to the Produce Department Manager and supports daily operations.

Qualifications

Customer service skills to engage with guests and provide outstanding service.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Understand safety requirements and follow company safety policies.
Knowledge of the retail food business and perishable department operations.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests and provide outstanding customer service in-person and by phone.
Maintain stock levels; rotate products using first-in, first-out to ensure freshness.
Keep the sales floor and cooler clean and organized; log temperatures and complete rotation/shrink sheets.
Maintain supplies and produce cooler; order dips, spices, and herbs as needed.
Perform other duties to support the team and ensure timely attendance as scheduled.
