Qualifications

• Customer service skills to engage with guests and resolve inquiries.
• Clear communication in person and on the phone when assisting guests.

• Knowledge of the retail food business and perishable department operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Guests: provide outstanding service in-person and by phone.
• Maintain Stock Levels: keep items stocked and displayed per standards.
• Ensure Cleanliness & Food Safety: keep floor and cooler clean and log temperatures.
• Maintain Supplies & Produce Cooler: keep bags, ties, and dips stocked; rotate items.
• Teamwork: support the team and perform additional duties as needed.
• Honor Commitments: maintain attendance and provide notice for absences.
