Festival Foods in Hartford, WI is hiring a Part-Time Produce Clerk to support stock levels and guest service in our produce department. You’ll engage guests, maintain displays, and ensure quality and freshness of our produce, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Formación

• Customer service skills to engage with guests and provide outstanding service.
• Good oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of safety requirements and company policies, including equipment handling.
• Knowledge of the retail food business and perishables operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service in-person and by phone, assist guests and handle requests.
• Maintain stock levels and display items per company standards; rotate for freshness.
• Keep sales floor and cooler clean; log temperatures and complete rotation/shrink sheets daily.
• Maintain produce cooler supplies and place orders for dips, herbs, and spices as needed.
• Work as part of a team to support store operations.
• Attend shifts reliably and provide notice to arrange coverage.
