We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to keep our Produce Department stocked, clean, and inviting. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining department standards, and adhering to procedural guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay ranges from $15.75/hr to $17.13/hr, based on skills and experience. Benefits include weekly pay, scheduling flexibility, paid parental leave, team member discounts, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the produce and floral areas.
• Stock, organize, and rotate produce items, ensuring accurate pricing and presentation.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and cross-selling.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain promotional signage and informational materials.
• Operate equipment such as knives, scales, and hand trucks safely.
• Participate in inventory preparation and department organization.
• Support sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain high product knowledge and department cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1-2 years grocery retail experience, especially in floral or natural foods.
