Lakeville West on Kenwood Trail is seeking a reliable individual to fill a part-time produce position. Produce team members are responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Product rotation is critical to maintain freshness and minimize waste. This role requires attention to detail and strong customer service skills to contribute to an efficient shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform aisle stocking and display building.
2. Sort dairy/frozen food stock loads.
3. Assist cashiers with price checks and product replacement.
4. Help customers with product locations and suggestions.
5. Answer department phone calls and respond or refer as appropriate.
6. Follow all store and department policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

1. Operate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, baler, etc.).
2. Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
3. Good reading, writing, math, and memorization skills.
4. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service.
5. Use good judgment, especially when supervision is not immediately available.
6. Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; communicate effectively.
7. Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

1. Lift/carry up to 70 lbs.
2. Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs.
3. Walk on uneven ground.
4. Reaching, bending, repetitive motions.
5. Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil.
