Kj’s Market is hiring for a customer-focused team member to greet guests, display and stock produce, and maintain quality on the sales floor. You will assist with deliveries, weigh products, and provide knowledge to customers. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Role emphasizes sanitation, teamwork, and delivering a short or no-wait experience at the checkout while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare produce for display on the sales floor.
• Stock, price, rotate, and place products on displays per standards.
• Maintain freshness and quality of produce for sale.
• Assist with unloading deliveries.
• Provide product knowledge, preparation help, and weighing guidance.
• Maintain sanitation in backroom, cooler, and sales area.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Communicate temperature breakdowns to management.
• Perform front-end duties to minimize wait times.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Provides polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Prepares produce for display on the sales floor.
• Stocks, prices, rotates, and places product on produce displays according to Floco Foods standards.
• Maintains freshness and quality of produce product for sale.
• Assists with unloading of product upon delivery.
• Provides guests service with product knowledge, preparation, and product weighing.
• Maintains sanitation standards in the backroom, cooler and sales area.
• Communicate guests requests to management.
• Communicate temperature breakdowns to management.
• Performs front-end duties to ensure “no noticeable wait.”
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
