Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Produce Clerk to stock, present, and rotate all Produce items with high freshness standards. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure pricing accuracy in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates are 16+, dependable, with strong teamwork and communication skills, and capable of standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs throughout shifts. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a respectful attitude within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Possess good communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, and stay organized.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. and move carts up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and ensure proper presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain inventory, freshness, and rotation of produce items.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Adhere to safety standards and department schematics.
• Support trimming, watering, and merchandising activities as needed.
