Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Clerk to stock, present, and rotate fresh produce while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly store environment.

You will interact with customers, maintain pricing accuracy, assist with merchandising and ensure product freshness, quality, and inventory control throughout the Produce Department.

The position requires being at least 16 years old, flexible scheduling, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive work culture and serve customers with courtesy.
• Display a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Exhibit good communication and teamwork skills; follow directions.
• Perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.; move items with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and present products per department schematics.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and merchandise freshness for customers.
• Handle inventory control and answer customer questions in a friendly manner.
• Assist with trimming, trimming and merchandising to maintain quality offerings.
