Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Standing, walking, bending, climbing; lift and move up to 50 lbs.; operate without mechanical assistance for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and ensure presentation per department schematics and pricing.
• Maintain inventory, freshness, and availability through proper rotation and trimming of produce.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Maintain safety, health, and cleanliness standards; adhere to all regulations.
