Sprouts Farmers Market in Baltimore is seeking a Produce Clerk to deliver farm-fresh produce presentation and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will stock, face, and merchandise the Produce Department, ensure pricing accuracy, and help customers make healthy choices while maintaining product knowledge and safety. This role requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect Sprouts code of ethics and be inclusive.
• Positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, stay organized.
• Physically capable: stand/walk/bend, lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull heavy objects.
• Able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to perform other related duties.

Responsibilities

• Stock, face, fill, and organize Produce Department per schematics and pricing.
• Maintain tag and pricing accuracy across products.
• Ensure freshness through proper rotation and merchandising.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Support inventory control to maximize product availability.
