Job summary

WinCo Foods is hiring for a cashier/stock associate in a fast-paced, 24/7 grocery environment. You will provide friendly customer service, assist with product selection, and help resolve issues while maintaining product quality and store standards.

Typical shifts are 6-8 hours within a 4:00 am–11:00 pm window. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work nights, weekends, and holidays, and follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Need to provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Comfort with standing and moving for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers; maintain a friendly service atmosphere.
• Address and resolve customer concerns; assist with returns when needed.
• Perform receiving duties; verify orders against invoices and organize stock.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper pricing of products; rotate stock.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented work area and selling floor.
