Job summary

WinCo Foods in Oregon is seeking team members to maintain department standards, deliver friendly service, and ensure product quality. The role involves morning to evening shifts, receiving duties, merchandising, stock handling, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work varied shifts including nights and weekends, and have or obtain a Food Handlers Certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, serve and thank customers with friendly, enthusiastic service.
• Assist customers in locating items and handling returns/refunds; help in locating items and taking them to the customer.
• Perform receiving duties: verify orders, report shortages, break down loads, date products, stock, and price merchandise.
• Ensure freshness and quality through proper handling and merchandising; maintain displays and rotate stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and selling floor; adhere to safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
