Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Produce Department team member to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain standards in the Produce area. You will help with stocking, display, and safety procedures while supporting coworkers and following company policies.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, processing orders, and ensuring accurate, friendly service to shoppers. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with comfort using store technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Produce Department.
• Maintain product display and ensure proper stocking and pricing.
• Unload trucks and support ordering and receiving processes.
• Follow Food Lion policies, safety guidelines, and CBT training.
• Adhere to food safety and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
• Report accidents to the Manager on Duty and maintain a neat appearance.
• Assist with inventory and use store tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Support a clean and organized work area and help other associates.
