Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Produce Department team member to provide quality customer service, maintain display standards and maximize sales while minimizing shrink. You will handle ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per policy, unload trucks, and follow safety guidelines.

The role requires ability to learn company tools such as ACIS and CAO, follow local, state, and federal regulations, wear the Food Lion uniform, and complete CBT and training packets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
