Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Produce Department to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Unload trucks and ensure proper ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and display of merchandise.
• Understand and follow company policies, safety guidelines and standard practices.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge while on duty.
