Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. is seeking a Retail Professional for the Produce department. This opportunity emphasizes customer service, knowledge of produce, and maintaining high display standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role supports our associate-first culture and offers growth through leadership development and promotions. The position requires hands-on work, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work a non-traditional five-day schedule, including weekends.

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products within the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives, with the understanding that occasionally business needs will require additional time.
• Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday and evenings.
