Job summary

TMD Staffing is seeking a Production Lead/Supervisor in Houston, TX for day-to-day planning, scheduling, and control of production to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget. The role requires enforcing safety and environmental rules and coordinating with HR and maintenance teams to manage staffing and downtime.

You will collect production data, monitor KPIs, and report results to leadership while ensuring operations run smoothly, including weekend availability when needed.
