The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in procurement, advanced English, and proven ability to lead negotiations and automate processes using ERP tools like Looker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of procurement experience including supplier negotiations, purchase order management, market analysis, and 360-degree supplier evaluations.
• Experience leading automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience using ERP systems, procurement tools, supplier management platforms, and dashboard tools (e.g., Looker).

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement negotiations across seven LATAM countries.
• Oversee purchase order creation and supplier onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities across the region.
• Drive automation initiatives and process improvements in procurement.
• Coordinate training and act as ERP/procurement process focal point.
• Support workplace administration duties and budget for LATAM offices.
