Job summary

Glory Global is seeking a Director of Procurement and Planning for the Americas to lead global and regional procurement, purchasing and planning activities. This role reports to the SVP of Operations and directs NA teams with Latin America support, driving cost, quality and on-time delivery across the region.

You will collaborate with business leaders, supply chain, product management and global sourcing to optimize supplier performance and manage a next-generation ERP implementation, while

Qualifications

• Extensive and broad managerial experience in team management.
• 8-10 years’ experience in increasingly broader supply chain or product supply roles with demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and planning groups and oversee daily operations of the procurement, purchasing and planning functions.
• Develop regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and align with global objectives.
• Establish and execute a monthly supply plan and inventory management strategy to balance capacity and demand.
• Lead the development and implementation of Global Procurement objectives and operating philosophies.
