Job summary

AAAHC in Deerfield, IL seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement & Workplace Ops to lead procurement, contracts, facilities, and admin services across the enterprise. You will supervise Administrative Support Coordinators and partner with leaders to drive efficiency, cost savings, and robust governance.

Responsibilities include vendor management, contract lifecycle, workplace safety, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to support scalable operations with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, contract administration, purchasing, facilities management, or related functions.
• Experience independently managing contracts, sourcing activities, and vendor relationships.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise procurement and strategic sourcing activities.
• Develop policies and governance for procurement and vendor management.
• Negotiate and administer contracts, ensure alignment with budgets and risk practices.
• Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and supplier relationships.
• Oversee facilities operations and administrative services.
• Provide analytics on spending, savings, and performance.
