Job summary

Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Procurement and Warehouse Associate to support the movement of materials from purchase requests through receipt, storage, and delivery to internal teams. This role is essential to keeping production, engineering, and facility operations supplied with the materials they need to advance clean critical-metals production.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, attentive to detail, and comfortable working across procurement and hands-on warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, shipping and receiving, or related roles.
• Experience using ERP or inventory-management systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify PO, packing slips, invoices and part numbers.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams for record-keeping.
• Excellent organization and time-management to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with suppliers and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests, place orders with approved suppliers, and maintain acknowledgments and receipts.
• Monitor open orders and coordinate with vendors on tracking, dates, and shortages.
• Receive deliveries, inspect materials, and verify quantities and part numbers.
• Complete purchasing, receiving, inventory-transfer, and material-issue transactions in ERP.
• Label, store, stage, and issue materials to production and project teams; maintain locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with audits to keep accurate inventory records.
• Prepare outbound shipments and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
