Job summary

ASM is seeking a Senior Associate, Material Handling in Phoenix, AZ to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. You will support receiving, storage, transfers, picking, staging, and shipping, while maintaining compliance with safety and cleanroom standards.

The role requires strong ERP-based inventory control, ability to analyze data, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability for production and service needs.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business; high school diploma with exceptional ERP expertise considered.
• Proven experience in material handling, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of cleanroom materials and contamination-control protocols is a plus.
• Ability to analyze inventory and operations data and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and process incoming materials per procedures.
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate material fulfillment for jobs and production requirements.
• Prepare materials and documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Collaborate with purchasing, planning, logistics, and production teams to ensure availability.
