Job summary

FHLBank Pittsburgh is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the COR team in Pittsburgh. You will support the Manager, Procurement in executing the bank's procurement strategy and manage end-to-end lifecycle from vendor selection to onboarding and contract administration.

The role collaborates with Audit, ERM, Legal, Technology, and Operations to ensure policy compliance, mitigate risk, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in procurement, vendor management, or contract administration.
• Familiarity with contract types (MSAs, SOWs, License Agreements) and lifecycle management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards.
• Tableau/data management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of vendor risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement lifecycle and vendor onboarding.
• Assist with vendor selection, onboarding, and contract administration.
• Monitor vendor performance and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare leadership presentations and reporting.
• Collaborate with Audit, ERM, Legal, Tech, and Operations.
• Maintain vendor data for reporting and governance.
