Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA to lead RFx events, negotiate terms, and drive supplier strategies within the Supply Chain organization. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Fraud, and Business Resilience teams to optimize savings and manage risk.

As a senior individual contributor, you will manage multiple projects, report to leadership, and influence stakeholders across Retail Banking, Technology, and Finance to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain experience.
• Experience supporting Retail Banking, Technology, Operations, or Enterprise Services.
• Demonstrated success negotiating contracts and identifying savings opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with supplier proposals, pricing models, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFx events from ideation through contract execution.
• Support strategic initiatives across Supply Chain Management and related areas.
• Lead multiple BAU projects in line with strategic engagements.
• Review project pipelines and expiring contracts; ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with business partners and supply chain team to move projects forward.
