Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• Substitutions: 3-5 years relevant experience in lieu of Associate's degree
• Preferred: 3-5 Years of experience in Procurement

Responsibilities

• Price File Review - Review price file submissions from sourcing for accuracy and consistency in supplier name, product description, commodity code, contract term dates, and any net new products added to the contract
• Non Contracted / Item File Purchase Order Activity Review - Review items in the Coupa item file without a contract, transitioning to contracted equivalents or alerting sourcing of opportunities
• Non Contract Requisition Approval - For items over $3000, validate with contract knowledge or sourcing before approval
• Price Discrepancy Investigation - Investigate differences between invoiced price and contracted cost
• Contract Activation - With sourcing, opportunities to activate a contract or develop local contracts
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
