Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank Pittsburgh is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the COR team in executing the bank's procurement strategy. This role manages vendor onboarding, contract administration, and vendor performance monitoring, ensuring policy compliance and risk mitigation across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, or Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, contract administration or related field; financial services or banking experience is preferred.
Familiarity with procurement lifecycle tools and ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards).

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end procurement lifecycle from vendor selection to onboarding and contract administration.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and laws.
Assist with vendor onboarding and data accuracy for reporting and audit readiness.
Assist in RFP/RFQ processes and vendor risk assessments.
